For the first eight years of his life, we lived a half-mile off a country road back in the woods above a bayou.  He happily played outside, roamed the woods, puttered around in an old rowboat, sledded in the winter and learned to fish. 		<description><![CDATA[Looks like our Webcam has gone on strike, as it usually seems to this time of year.  I think it doesn&#8217;t like the cold weather.  I won&#8217;t have a chance to visit the roof of the Holiday Inn until at least Thursday, so hopefully it will begin working on its own by then.

The 1st Circuit Court of Appeals held in a ruling released on November 12, 2009 that $50 per day penalties owed by the husband because his spousal support payments were late are not "in the nature of support." [Note the penalties had accumulated to some $75,000+ over a period of years.] Thus the former husband could discharge them in bankruptcy.]]></description>
