Blog readers may have noticed the comments function on posts has been out of operation for some time. The system we use, Disqus, made an upgrade that is not compatible with our version of WordPress (the software that powers the blog site). I was promised a fix was on the way, but apparently it hasn’t been found yet. In the meantime, I’ve reverted to WordPress’ default commenting function. More

Webcam gets new summer view

Do you still see the 'old' design?
Today we launched our redesigned Record-Eagle.com, but many of you may still see our site in the ‘old’ design. This happens because, in addition to changing the site’s design, we switched the server where the site resides. More
Launch slightly delayed
Due to computer issues this morning, we weren’t able to publish the site within the new content management system by 10 a.m. We will, however, still be launching the new design at some point this morning, most likely around 11 a.m. I apologize for the delay.
Record-Eagle launching new employment site
