Transformation,
Metanoia,

A doctor,
reflecting on his time at war as a medical officer,
said he did not remember any
of the many soldiers he helped save,
for they offered me no lessons in life,
but that he remembered each
of the ones who he could not save,
those that died,
for they offered me life’s lessons. More »

of my True Self,
aspects available to each of us,
to better understand life’s encounters

and go on breaking
