The nose knows… maybe
I had a patient see me in the office this week who is simply not pleased with her nose. She is very self-conscious about a hump on the top (dorsum) of the nose and that the tip of her nose is very large on her petite frame. Almost immediately after, I met a patient who had a bilateral cleft lip.
