The nose knows… maybe

By Adam Smith, M.D.I had a patient see me in the office this week who is simply not pleased with her nose. She is very self-conscious about a hump on the top (dorsum) of the nose and that the tip of her nose is very large on her petite frame. Almost immediately after, I met a patient who had a bilateral cleft lip. She had never been able to pursue her finishing surgery at skeletal maturity and also was requesting that I examine her nose to see what can be done for her. More »
